No, a red light flasher always flashes twice and when the night flashes, you’re sure he flashed. You don’t overlook that.
But anyway, he has nothing to fear, as it becomes very difficult to identify him. No office will make it hard to do.
What state and county was that?
That was in Bremen
Okay, I have no access, too far away 😀
As long as the flasher hasn’t flashed from the back and the license plate has caught, it doesn’t matter.
Otherwise it becomes disproportionately expensive.
He thinks that he flashed from the right
That would be quite pointless. You wouldn’t know anything about a car.
He probably was wrong.
No, it cannot be flashed from or on the walkway by a red light monitoring. In the lane there are two contact or induction loops via which the flasher is triggered. However, if the wheel path was located directly next to the lane, the red light monitoring could have flashed.
No, that’s not the case, just before the solid line is still a pedestrian road
If you borrow these e-scooters, they can’t prove who’s been driving them? The license plate is not to trace back to your friend.
Yes, however, the company gets the penalty and then the customer is informed
He’s not supposed to break his head like that, it’s probably gonna go down.
If the license plate was caught.
Theoretically, but practically not. Besides, he doesn’t have a mark on the front, that means older models didn’t flash him anyway.
Certainly, but they can’t trace who it is.
Here again a picture
