Kann man mich dazu zwingen?
Hallo,
Ich bin unter Betreuung nur womit ich nicht ganz zufrieden bin. Weil ich soll jede Woche zu ihr ins Büro kommen um mein Geld was mir zusteht abzuholen. Nur sollte ich nicht mehr wollen zu ihr ins Büro zu kommen, kann sie mich dann dazu zwingen? Weil man ist ja ein freier Mensch. Und ich bin kein Minderjähriger mehr.
Und ich bin ja auf mein Geld angewiesen, außerdem steht mir das Geld auch zu. Also muss es doch dann eine andere Lösung geben das ich an mein Geld komme.
Weiß vielleicht einer wie ich mich jetzt verhalten soll? Ich bin nämlich der Meinung, das ich mich richtig verhalte.
