I want to apply to a university and proof of a voluntary social year would be very helpful in my application.
However, I didn't really do an FSJ (voluntary social year), but rather a year-long internship in a nursing home, for which I received about 200 euros a month.
Is there any way to make it count as an FSJ?

Just ask the university before you cancel the internship. Maybe you could change it.
