Yeah, that’s for example in the CT. The symptoms are also quite clear in most cases: night sweat, aversion to certain foods (especially meat, fruit, coffee), pain, cravings, total feeling. If blood loss is added, for example, by rapidly decreasing HB and tar chair, it is quite clear.

However, a gastric reflection already recognizes the problem much earlier and this massively increases the chances of healing. If, for example, a gastric mucosa inflammation or gastric ulcer is treated in time, the risk of gastric cancer decreases significantly.

In the case of a stomach level, you can consider the problem directly and also remove tissue samples (this is not painful). So if you suspect serious stomach problems, you will perform a reflection. It’s not fragrant, but it’s over again. The safety of the diagnosis is vital.

No, it always needs a stomach reflection with tissue sample. If you do not find it, but you have complaints, the small intestine is examined by means of a capsule.

Not more, no.

In the case of a gastric level, a biopsy is made and the tissue is examined in the laboratory. Of course, that’s not possible.

At an advanced stage, a stomach carcinoma can also be detected by CT, MRT or ultrasound.

Better and more reliable, however, by endoscopy.

Usually not sufficiently reliable, no.
