Kann man Laptop-Festplatte mit Windows XP und installierten Programmen auf anderen Laptop lauffähig übertragen?
Hallo,
ich habe einen alten Laptop, auf welchem ich XP als Betriebssystem und einige Programme installiert habe. Da der Laptop nicht mehr richtig funktioniert (TouchPad defekt, etc.), würde ich gerne wissen, ob ich die komplette Festplatte des alten Laptops, lauffähig (bootfähig) auf einen anderen, neueren Laptop übertragen (spiegeln?) kann, so dass das System dann, exakt so wie auf dem alten System auf dem neuen Laptop läuft? Geht sowas oder ist dies nicht möglich, weil bei der Installation die Systemkomponenten registriert werden und man beim neuen Laptop ja andere Komponenten hat?

For laptops, this is critical because of the required drivers, as there are no XP drivers for newer laptops (i.e. for at least 10 years).
A desktop computer might work more.

Thanks for the tip. How do I do that? Do I have to install Rescuezilla on the old laptop and then select Clonen option? Do I get an image or the like, which I then transfer to the new laptop like?

This is a program that allows you to mirror a plate. Can be used to pack your HDD on a SSD when you swap it.
From one computer to another, it doesn’t work.
