Can you become a K-Pop idol?

You have to be Asian for that, right? I think the chances are pretty slim, especially since I'm completely German.
But is there any way to become a back dancer? I'm a very good dancer and have a good stage presence, so maybe I have a chance of becoming a back dancer?

No, you don’t have to be Asian, but it would be a huge advantage for you. Besides talent, I think it’s most important to be Asian. Nevertheless, you can also register as not – asian for an audition (is it the right word? 😅), but it will be extremely difficult for you to be accepted at all and create it in the first round. You’re practically fighting with hundreds of Asians, most of whom are at least as good as you are, to be accepted at audition. Your chances are at most 0.001%, maybe even less.

I don’t know what to do now to become a backup dancer, or where to register and so. You’d have more chances here than Kpop Idol. As Kpop Idol, you have to sing, dance, possibly acting, and at best be good-looking. It would be even better to fit into the KBS. But as a backup dancer, you have to be able to dance “only” really well and I also think you have a good stage presence. Nevertheless, it would be better to go to a dance school before you don’t. There you learn some tricks and tips like you look better when dancing or something.

I hope I could help you

Well, you’d have to fly to korea once you’ve done it, and that’s a lot of money. During the audition, however, this can also be done online. If you can do it, you’ll have to look for korea and you before you trainee will first look for an apartment and so, because it’s not happening right away.

So it won’t be

So there are already global groups so it’s not but the trend is already so a bite to idols who have really much experience before, e.g. every single katseye member was already at something, in television shows like america got talent, music videos or stuff, meovv is half from child models that had always fans. And also comes to old, sm castet next year, birth year 2005-2015

is always the question you have ever chanced, e.g. katseye are 6 girls, in the show were so 30, advertised over 200,000

You have to be asian, od

no but it increases the chances of getting into the preselection at all drastically. People who correspond to the Asian beauty ideal and not to the European.

You should also be able to get Korean…

can you somehow be back dancer?

Yes but a professional dance training certainly does not hurt – the market is hot fought and good dancers there are many. You have to go to Castings and dance and either be taken – or not.

You’re not gonna be like “K-Pop Idol.” To become famous in the pop scene, the following things have to be found:

  • You need some talent, not too much.
  • You must be able to sing and dance.
  • You have to look good, at least so that the media can describe you as a good-looking one.
  • You need connections.
  • You need penance.
  • You have to be enslaved by producers and music industry.
  • You’ve got to run out “scandale” regularly, whether real or fetched.
  • You have to pretend your fans are really important to you.
  • You have to throw away your private life.
  • You need luck. If you like to call the “Glück”….

In other words, do you really want it? And how much “lucky” do you want? Can you dance? Yes, many others can.

It’s strange that it’s okay. So I don’t know how to use K-Pop, but I’m really involved in pop music. I just transferred a lot to K-Pop, because it’s kind of close. How old are you?

I believe that the plan with the subject of teacher puts in the background, even if it can be a beautiful profession. But honestly, with panic attacks in the K-pop scene! Oh, ha, but it’s more difficult than teacher existence.

I’m 14, reactive young as you should start at this age with applying in the K-Pop industry

the question of age is also: Do your parents allow you to move to another country where you don’t even know the language? What about compulsory schooling? Is this also recognized in Korea in Germany?

What about your training? with a high probability it won’t work with the Kpop Idol – then you come back without a job and without training. No good start to work.

Then you’re one of many people at your age who dream about it. I don’t want to take your dream, but remember that this is not something that you can achieve just as easily as a job you get thanks to a classic training or a study. If you’re serious, you should try some dance schools, communities, etc. But most of them think differently with 18 than with 14.
