Can you somehow slow down growth?

No, but you can take care of the food that you get all the important building blocks.

If you say you’re hungry all the time, you’re missing something that your body screams. All that needs to be done, then size growth is also regulated accordingly.

Including hormones is not good at all.

With the book of ‘Werner Winkler: ‘Hunger is healthy. Thus the body signals its mineral and vitamin requirements‘. you know what’s missing.

And here you get good advice. https://www.ndr.de/ratgeber/gesundheit/Heisshunger-Wie-man-ihn-erkennt-und-was-man-dagegen-tun-kann,heisshunger100.html

I, w, had reached 180 cm at your age, a little early, but that was then largely. I mean, it was high-quality food with a lot of vitamin K2, which actually transports calcium into the bones (Vit. K2 is included in raw sauerkraut, unheated!)

The same can be lysine, the most important amino acid (contained in animal food in lentils and parmesan cheese is especially much). Vegans need to be careful!

By the way, I like a hard-cooked egg when I have cravings. It contains all amino acids and it does not strain.

Good luck!

Please stay relaxed! And drink and sleep always enough plus fresh air then everything will be fine. As a man, you can be over 1.90? I love it! You always have an overview! ECT

No, there’s no way to hurt your body. Besides, it’s nothing bad to be big and you won’t grow infinitely.

No, you can’t, you have to accept that you will grow up

Maybe your growth will stop early because you’re early starter.

Hello, your pediatrician should ask that there should be growth stoppers

Then go with your parents, father/mother to the pediatrician. He can transfer you to the endocrologist. And he can slow it down.

A bit you can do by sleeping less and reducing your sleep depth, e.g. caffeine 2 hours before sleeping.

If you still grow too fast, a doctor could speed up your puberty so that your bones can no longer grow.
