Was denkt ihr?

Sure.

Otherland (book series by Tad Williams) has 9 or 10 main characters that meet in the course of the action to be separated again, or only know each other from the hearing. It is important not to release these figures too quickly on the reader so that no confusion arises.

In the Witcher it has actually also 3 main characters or, above all, in the filming and the Witcher is very well known in Poland and here too a part, so it goes.

Geralt, Yennefer and Ciri are shown in the film at the beginning of 3 different views.

Of course, I never have one or two main characters, it doesn’t matter. As long as the storyline ultimately makes sense, everything is good

There are also books with more than five main characters

I can also say from experience that more than three main characters are possible without problems.

In Harry Potter there are also three main characters that have a different past and if you have read the book, you probably agree that it works well.
