Bad idea. Too little and the chicken burns too much and you do salted chicken soup.

And it’s hard to do with pure soy sauce if you want to roast chicken.

anthrax for a pre-tanning with roasted aromas certainly not, since soy sauce is not based in itself on oil but an aqueous base. Therefore, for roasting in sharp heat only taste with suitable oil, and only then in a gentler cooking with soybean.

That’s not how it works.

Of course, you can marinate the meat in soya, but you need an oil or fat that does not burn.

In the soya it would cook a bit until the liquid is gone and then burn. You need ÖL/FETT.

After that, of course, we would season something with soya – but later.

Alternative: low-fat roast – you can make yourself smart on Youtube under the theme “AMC” – this is also possible in certain cases, but without you coming. But that’s another technique you need to learn.

Onroasted You only in fat, that can be oil, butter, roast fat or other. In soy sauce, you could only the chicken cook, and if you could achieve a desired, edible result, I dare to doubt.

With soyaOil you could brat.

Soy sauce contains plenty of water and also sugar. This is not suitable for brazing.

No!
For brazing, oil, or other fat, or a good, coated pan is required.

With soy sauce you can only marinate or season.
