I think it’s delicious.

soak in little water a few minutes. the water should be as cold as possible. the water should be completely absorbed.

then a cup of natural yogurt on it and a ruffled apple and a few nuts and ready is the fast birchermüesli.

The type of liquid is quite irrelevant, the water content makes it soft, the rest is a taste question. However, full-grained flocks that you don’t let soak are something for sturdy minds that like to chew.

better edible are oat flakes when you cook them briefly. they are also healthier
