Can you easily start a business in Italy?

I want to start a company in Milan. Then I want to open branches in Ancona, Palermo, and Lecce. Each branch should have a three-room office. People should see my company logo right at the entrance. And each branch should have my own private room where I can monitor profits. Then there should be a kitchen with a very good coffee machine.

I want to hire two employees at each branch. I'll be in constant contact with them. I want to enjoy my coffee with a view of the sea everywhere.

Can I realize my dream?

If you are EU citizens, it’s not a problem. This is European freedom of movement.

Perhaps this is not a problem, but Mr Arun from Kong always asks only, but does not allow any deeds to follow. 😉

If you have the necessary capital, this is possible. But if coffee is the most important thing in a company establishment, I doubt it.

“Can I realize my dream?”

No. You know the reasons yourself.

The single company is the easiest, fastest and cheapest way to start a small business in Italy. An individual company has no limited liability, i.e. the individual entrepreneur is personally liable for the debts of its individual company with its entire assets.

This works when your business-sided sense makes you have the necessary start capital
