Can you actually only have such a great body with fitness equipment etc.?
Hey, I'm 16, about 184 cm tall and weigh about 73 kg. I'm the type of person who never gains weight no matter what I eat. A month ago I started eating salad and I've lost almost 10 kg. I can definitely build muscle really quickly and I have pretty good muscles naturally. But I'd really like to get biceps or something like that. I don't have any training equipment and don't want to go to the gym. So is it impossible to build a six-pack or biceps or something like that with exercises that you can do without equipment? Like I said, my muscles grow quickly.
So Home Training always goes. I’m rather a representative of Calisthenics. Exercises such as chimneys, lying support, situps and knee bows are worth not to be underestimated. These are not any early exercises and ask for you up to a year in hard workout. There are so many heavier variants and all prepare for even bigger exercises. There is also a lot to train with furniture. (Zb. inverted bed support, table or table edge)
I myself was smaller by the body than you were similar to your description. These exercises have made me well defined and developed my muscles. I did that 1-2 years. Meanwhile I go to the gym and see some more progress in shorter time.
Weights just bring you quick muscle mass that is in fact.

For over 10 years there has been a ‘movement’ called ‘FreeLatics’! They train mainly with their own body in the ‘urban’ (urban) environment. Meadow, bench seat, a bar on a game or sports place! I am always not sure how much is done on ‘normal’ devices, or at least with weights, but at least at the beginning (1-2 years), or as ‘Normalo’ you could also train like that! Only if you want to become a ‘MuscleMonster’ is it not without devices, because you simply have to generate high loads!
