Can you deduct items subject to differential taxation from your taxes?
I want to buy a laptop for work. I found a good deal on eBay from a third-party seller. It has 2,000 reviews, but the description states that the item is subject to differential taxation. Can I still deduct a certain portion of it from my taxes later, since I need it for work.
The difference control is the control of the dealer.
In other words, we do not tax VAT twice.
So if you want to make an advance tax, you could only do it with the difference tax.
If you mean the depreciation, it has nothing to do with VAT.
