The strange thing is that there is no earth cable available from the lamp… I'm not familiar with that. Should I plug in the plus and minus normally without the earth cable?

Ja, einfach braun und blau anschließen, gelb-grün bleibt frei (da am besten eine Leuchtenklemme draufsetzen). Da es ja Wechselstrom ist, ist da nur kurz was mit + und – auf blau und braun und wechselt das 50 Mal pro Minute 😉
Die Deckenleuchte ist vollisoliert und braucht keinen PE.
Gelb Grün kommt in die mitte sieht man doch eindeutig.

Der Erdungsdraht gehört in die mittlere Klemme! Das ist die Gehäuseerdung, wie man unschwer auf dem Bild erkennen kann.
Da kann man Basstom nur Recht geben, die Erdung muss in die mittlere Klemme. Es muss nicht immer eine korrespondierende Ader für die Erdung vorhanden sein.
Ist doch alles beschriftet L links, Erde Mitte, N rechs. Man muss auch mal richtig schauen.
Du hast falsch geguckt. Der Mittlere der drei Klemmen ist mit dem Metallgehäuse der Lampe verbunden. Bitte daher alle Kabel korrekt anschließen.
Übrigens: Bei Wechselstrom gibt es kein PLUS und kein MINUS.

Gibt es da auch einen Grund dafür dass diese Deckenleuchte gerade diese keine Erdkabel hat?
Die Gehäuseerdung klemmt in Form einer ausgestanzten Blechzunge in der mittleren Klemme.
das Gehäuse ist die Erdung. Also in die Mitte einstecken.
