Can this be done with delivery?
I bought a product (refused to accept it) and it was already on its way, then I ordered another one which hasn't been shipped yet.
Now I've seen that it's been reduced for the third time within 3 days.
Now I plan to cancel the second order and buy the third one.
I wonder if that's allowed because the seller makes a loss on shipping costs.
I'm also worried that the seller will send me a less functional device.
Can I order a third time after receiving a rejection for my order twice?
