I skipped the Bount arc because it's filler and is supposed to be full-length. Now I've started again at episode 109, which is half filler, half canon, and the rest will be 100% canon. But I didn't understand much about episode 109. Will it get better now? Because after Soul Society, everyone went home, and now they're back, and it's really weird. Can I just keep watching now, and will things go back to normal?

Filler can not skip half Filler & half Canon. You should obviously also look at bored Canons. Is completely NORMAL, JEDES has boring parts.
