Kann man bei einem Franchise durch den Filialleiter als Bewerber geblacklistet werden? Wie finde ich heraus, welche Filialen er alle betreibt?
Ich habe vor wenigen Wochen in einem Gastronomie-Franchise probegearbeitet. Ich sollte einen Vertrag bekommen, habe dem Filialleiter dann aber sehr kurzfristig ohne Begründung per SMS abgesagt und seine Nummer gesperrt.
Denkt ihr, man kann bei solchen Franchises geblacklistet werden? Ich habe in dem Fall zumindest nichts falsch gemacht, war halt nur sehr unverschämt von mir. Dass der Filialleiter quasi die Marke kontaktiert und denen sagt, ich bin nicht vertrauenswürdig und jeder Filialleiter könnte das dann einsehen?
Und muss ich mich an die Marke direkt wenden, um herauszufinden, welche Lokale der Filialleiter noch betreibt, oder kann ich das irgendwie im Internet herausfinden?
Ich würde gerne bei einer anderen Filiale nochmal mich bewerben und ich weiß nur, dass der Chef ca. 10 Filialen leitet, nicht dass ich mich wieder bei ihm bewerbe.

No one will give you information about it.
But usually there’s a sign somewhere in the store or something that runs it.
Depends on the links to the “mother” (i.e. whether you only share the name, or also common databases, to what extent the search for personnel is centralized, whether it only moves through an internal process before it goes to the branch, etc.). And you won’t find out without having internal contacts.
In principle, there is the possibility. The question is whether a branch line would really make an appropriate effort.
You will not be able to see this information if it is not registered anywhere as an individual entrepreneur. With luck, you’ll find owner information on Google somewhere specific at the address
If you get the same owner, you just get a rejection. If you’re on an internal blacklist, stop. Or even if you can answer these questions, it wouldn’t change anything at the end result, so you can apply like that.
