No, because these unpredictable rolling movements do not take place through the waves as on the sea.

For this, the water surface of a river is simply not large enough that such waves could develop.

If you get bad on a river cruise then either

  • because a co-passer has the extremely contagious norovirus and has infected you
  • because you don’t wear the air conditioning inside, sometimes I get bad

No. Since there is practically no wave movement. It’s different on a lake.
