3 eggs | 250 grams Quark | 100 grams of sugar | 100 grams of almond flour | 1 pack of wine stone baking powder | Mark a half vanillaschote | 1 small pinch of stone salt | 80 grams liquid butter | 1 tablespoon of cocoa double deoiled

  1. Stir all ingredients except cocoa to a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the mass into two halves and stir half well with the cocoa.
  3. Apply a round spring shape with a diameter of 24 cm with baking paper and alternately coat the bright and the dark mass.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170° Celsius.
  5. Bake the cake on the middle rail for 35 minutes at top and bottom heat.
  6. Take out the oven, cut, serve and enjoy.

If you don’t have (white)meal, you can take food (mondamine). Then, however, only 3/4 of the stated amount for flour, since the edible liquid such as egg or milk absorbs very strongly.

Bread can be baked, why not cakes.
