No, you should not do that, because any painkiller can also have side effects.

Instead of necessarily medically clarified where the problems of sex come from. Pain is not normal. (I assume that it is not S/M.)

Wouldn’t make sense, no. To swallow painkillers does not ensure that you treat or know the cause of pain, but only the symptoms that is counterproductive.
