You could not participate actively or passively in Finnish elections.

You could continue to participate in German elections.

I don’t know Finnish citizenship right now.

here, Wiki says:

Multinationality is now allowed. Finns who accept foreign citizenship are no longer automatically losing their Finnish. Former Finns who had lost their nationality on the basis of this rule may retain the Finnish at the request (by declaration). Source
