In principle, I believe that who is unable to research the answer to such questions is inappropriate for such jobs anyway. But, oh wonder, the answer is NO anyway.

So, first emigrate to the USA (under suitable conditions) and then meet the conditions for naturalization.

Have they become more tolerant? A few years ago, “natural born citizen” stood in some areas.

Why don’t you apply to BND or constitutional protection. They also need people and would actually jeopardize you if you are suitable. In order to go to the FBI or CIA, you just have to be US citizens, but also be completely behind the USA and as a German citizen you do not do that much.
