Koffeingehalt in Kaffeebohnen?
Hallo , ich vertrage nur sehr wenig Koffein. Trinke aber sehr gerne Kaffee. Welche Kaffeebohnen enthalten weniger Koffein und mahle ich sie eher grob oder fein ?
Was habt ihr gegessen, was ihr im nachhinein wieder ausspucken würdet?
Bei mir war es Streusel Oben gut unden Grün! Den Rest kann man sich denken!

Even buying coffee beans can have a stress because they have become quite expensive.
