Yeah, extra coffee.

Coffee is a mild treat which has many antioxidants and also has good effects for body and soul, but you have to pay attention to something:

The factor of caffeine depending on metabolism and diet (share of caffeine-free drinks) has a half-way time (i.e. when half the caffeine has been discharged) of up to 8 hours, If you drink caffeine-containing beverages in the afternoon, a stimulation of the brain is still present until the night (even the enormously important deep sleep phases that occur about 2 hours after sleep).

Poor sleep is an enormous factor for mental destability, how do you allow to deal with stress, which can be very significant and long-lasting if you have to take caffeine late in the day.

Coffee is a splash and can strengthen existing stress and also make it more likely that you are stressed. Depends on how much you drink and how to treat it individually.

If you drink 18 cups, the body is physically and mentally eaten.

Even a cup can create stress when you have been drinking it before a longer drive where you can’t take toilet breaks.

Even buying coffee beans can have a stress because they have become quite expensive.

If you drink too much coffee, it already has negative effects, but if coffee causes stress I don’t know.
