You always have 2 gaps per sentence. In the first comes llevar ( spend time with something), seguir (continue), continuar (continue to take a break), pasarse ( spend time completely with something) and in the 2nd the word, which in the text in brackets is put into the Gerundio.

The Gerundio, by exchanging or exchanging with verbs ending on -ar -ar by -ando in the case of verbs on -er or -ir the ending is replaced by -iendo.

First example:

Patricia, Laura y Maite ya llevan (Time to spend with something) dos semanas preparANDO (round of the verb standing in brackets) su viaje a Argentina.
