in the formula for the surface of a trapezoid is not an MAL, but a PLUS

not 9 * 4.5 = 40.5 , but 9 + 4.5 = 13.5

would you have had the right formula, O would have been right, because your M antel is ok

.

gross error here : V is base area !!!! , not perimeter

This would have been a unit for V m2 but it must be cubic meters.

There are units missing from your bill. Then perhaps you would have noticed that there is no such prism at all. The object is not detachable at all.

Because such a trapeze…

… there isn’t. The side length b = 8.7 cm is far too short compared to the other side lengths.

============

Bzw. even if you say: “But we are allowed to leave units for interim invoices if we at least specify the result in the correct unit.” Then you still have false units in the end… How to get to the topsurface content O to Lengthunit “cm”? (And why “cm” or “cm2” and not for example “m” or “m2”?)

============

Furthermore, you have 1/2 ⋅ (a + b) + ht in the formula for the area content of the trapezoidal base area. Should not be “c” instead of “b” in the formula. Otherwise, this also does not match the names for the side lengths, as you otherwise used them a, b, c, d, for example in the circumferential calculation.

============

How do you get to “40.5” when inserting into the surface formula? It doesn’t fit. [There you would have to pay more than 9.0 + 4.5 = 13.5, but instead it seems to have calculated 9.0 ⋅ 4.5 = 40.5.]

============

Why do you call the basic area A and once G? Please use uniform names in your invoice, or write at least somewhere between that is A = G for you.

================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================

Solution proposal for comparison… If you assume that the length specified with “8.7 cm” should actually be 8.7 m, so that the task can be solved…

I would start from a unit of typos in the book :-))

It’s wrong.

Where are all these numbers coming from?

How large is the base area? With formula!

How large is the shell surface? With formula!

Where are all the units in the account?

At least the height is correct.
