Be careful t the time since the time starts as Aristotle. The time in which the turtle moved is then t + 3600 s.

For the path length covered by Aristotle as a function of time t you get…

For the distance traveled by the turtle as a function of time t you get…

Aristotle meets the turtle at the time t again, on which both have covered the same path length…

Aristotle meets the turtle after a time of about 36 s (started from Aristotle).

At the time, the two have traveled about 364 m.

The variables v s and t are proportional, i.e. this is done with 2 linear functions.
