Only together with a parent or a full-your-person who has been completed by your parents by means of a “Muttizettel”.

Here Rules of the organizer:

3. Access rights / protection of minors

3.1 Children up to 14 years of age may only attend concerts accompanied by a person who is also in possession of a valid ticket. Young people between the ages of 14 and 16 are entitled to admission for concerts up to 24:00 with the permission of parents and accompanied by a person or guardian, each with a valid ticket. The corresponding written permission or Ordering must be demonstrated upon entry. For young people from 16 years of age, admission to concerts and musical performances is permitted until midnight without the assistance of a person or guardian. In individual cases, different age requirements may apply (e.g. due to the requirements of local authorities or the type of event), as referred to in the ordering process and on site.

‘Education Commissioner’ may only be a person meeting the following requirements:

full year,

maturity to provide a child responsible for the necessary support at the event,

to ensure the child’s return home.

3.2.2. For the protection of children, we are entitled to refuse access to events for children if protection by parents or Educational officers at our discretion are not sufficiently guaranteed. In this context, we point out that rock/pop events are regularly aimed at adults and in these cases are not an event suitable for children. If parents or guardians want to attend such events together with children, they are responsible for the safety of children. In particular, adequate hearing protection must be ensured and, as far as the specific event is offered, to purchase seat tickets. Details for the respective concert can be asked with us.

It depends on the rules of the organizer. I have called and linked the organizer of the upcoming Kendrick Lamar concert in Frankfurt.

With other organizers it can be quite different again. It’s not up to them here.

Now I looked at this. You mean the Deutsche Bank, not the “Deutsche Postbank”. The Deutsche Bank, however, is only the name provider for the venue “Deutsche Bank Park” but not the organizer. Live Nation GmbH is also listed on the Deutsche Bank Park website: https://www.deutschebankpark.de/event/kendrick-lamar-and-sza-165632

The postal bank is possibly a sponsor, but not the organizer. Organizer is the Live Nation GmbH and its regulations on ageing have been mentioned and linked.

The organizer or venue decides this.

If nothing is desired by the organizer, you can go there.
