The basic requirement is the value in calories your body spends in rest without moving.

You have to calculate your power requirements and calculate them. This is then the amount you can eat without taking off or taking off.

However, I do not estimate that you burn 1000 calories daily 🙂

Hello the bill does not go on, only theoretically it goes, from doing nothing you burn on a day approx. 1000 calories
