Can I drive like this?

Hi everyone, I can drive well and can see well, it only happens rarely in everyday life that my eyes water or when I'm sad and then my eyes burn so badly that I can't even open them for a few minutes, in other words what could I do if something like that happens when I'm driving, because I think about myself and the other people driving so as not to endanger them and myself in an accident? Because the thing is, things like this don't happen 24/7, but every now and then during the day and yes, I'm going to see an eye doctor about it and ask why it's like this for me, but I wanted to ask, if something like that happens I can just park the car somewhere on the side and then press the red triangle until I recover? If such a thing is possible, that's why I'm asking this question haha.
