Yes, but only with the consent of the parents. I.e. they must confirm any business as a representative.

You can basically do “normal” business on your own: You buy a book, go to the cinema… if the amounts keep up.

But not: 2000 books buy simultaneously, buy a house, trade shares…

Only the parents can do it for you until you are 18.

So ask your parents.
