Can I emigrate to America at 16?
I'm 16 years old and I'm asking this because of the current political situation. If the AfD wins, I would like to move in with someone I know in America. (Both parents agree, and so does the person), so would it be possible? I would need a place of residence and a consent form from all involved parties.
No, you can’t walk in. There is no visa for that.
Trump is even worse than the AfD. Even Biden has issued new laws to keep immigrants out.
But no visa. That doesn’t work. You can make a student exchange. Under the J-1 visa.
Of course, this is possible as you can take off with 16, as long as your guardians agree
You can’t emigrate to the USA alone as a low-your-minded Schueler. There is also no use of a single-minded statement by parents.
The fact that the AfD could let all migrants move away is a rumour and non-realistic.
Only in the time when the AfD has no new laws for emigration or so
I’d be deported, so do I even help them or not?
Why would you be deported?
In this case it would possibly be possible, provided the person would have custody.
No, you can’t just walk in there.
You can’t just walk to America. Not as an adult and less as a minor.
