I'm 14 years old, and I'd say I'm no longer in puberty, or rather, it's just not happening anymore, since I don't notice anything and I've had/have had my voice break, pimples, etc. for a while now. Anyway, I'm 5'3", my dad is 5'1", and my mom is 5'3". Can I still grow (how likely is that), and if so, when will that happen? And is there anything I can do to speed it up?

If I wanted to gain weight, how much would I have to gain to be in the normal weight range? I currently weigh 48/48.5 kg.
So I know a 19 year old boy who is 1.59 tall and he is in a relationship with an 18 year old girl who is already 1.86 tall. So he is very short and she is very tall. But it has never bothered him to be so short, even though he gets stupid comments…
Also mit 14 aus der Pubertät zu sein ist naja schon möglich aber es könnten ja dann auch nochmals Pickel kommen, muss aber nicht. Das mit dem Wachsen ist so das du bis ich glaube so circa 20 noch wächst also mache dir da mal keine Sorgen. Bei z.b. meinem Bruder war es fast genauso, er war bis 15 noch ziemlich klein und dann hat er einen Wachstumsschub bekommen was jetzt nicht so schön für ihn war weil er dann solche Wachstumsstreifen hatte. Was du machen kannst ist abwarten oder Dehnen. Hoffe ich konnte dir ein bisschen helfen XD
