Can I start rhythmic gymnastics at 13?

I'd like to take up gymnastics, but I don't know if I'm too old to get good at it or if I'll even be accepted into a club. I've heard that many clubs aren't keen on accepting children past a certain age… I've been doing competitive gymnastics for seven years and did ballet for a short time.

If you would like to try it out and have fun not to stop you from your age as long as there is no health propleme, you are not too old to practice the sprtart you would like to exercise and if you even have a background when you turn, you can even fly your gym trainer if in the same verein also rsg is offered or he/she knows a vetein who knows you. The regulation that from a certain age are no longer taken children usually only applies to starters as these can no longer be brought to a high level of competition, but with previous experience I wouldn’t worry too much about it and just take a look at it
