Is there any way I can eat more cheaply?

Most days I eat

Homemade pizza (mozzarella 0.80€ + 250g flour 0.15€ + 1/2 can of tomatoes 0.50€)

1 cucumber 0.70€ with 30ml rapeseed oil

1 vitamin tablet 0.10€

1 low-fat quark 1.40€

so a total of 3.50€

Do you see any savings opportunities?

With a bag of potatoes you can get approx. Feed for 3 days and costs less than € 3.50. divided by 3 (days), so it would be approx. € 1.19 per day.

However, it is harmful to health to feed on one side – whether with pizza or with potatoes.

I’d put on something more versatile, so you could save it.

Potatoes are currently cheap, zucchini too. Porree I have seen at the moment also superbly offered. For winter then cabbage and carrots.

Generally, keep looking at what’s cheap.

I myself am no longer so perfectly oriented because I grow my own vegetables – this saves enormously! I have the problem of becoming a woman of vegetables. Unfortunately, this is not for everyone. And I would always have to go to a Schrebergarten, where the car park is even super-favourable, I wouldn’t have the time.

Right now I go to Brennesseln, which I love, and somehow they look good, although actually not the right time for it.

Much less per day goes almost no, except you buy in larger quantities if you are the same every day and have the place

I also eat Kaiserbrötchen but only gluten-free differently is unfortunately not all things more expensive than normal

Everything is only free from lactose and gluten.Otherwise, onions, celery, all that lynx has in its name is paprika, peperoni and tomatoes.

When my parents were young, they were often fed with potatoes. They were very cheap at the time and they could be picked up for many weeks. With such supplements you would save money in any case.
