kann ich mich an geschmack bitter gewöhnen wenn ich es ständig esse?

also so wie mit scharf viele menschen essen ständig scharf und spüren viele andere sachen garnicht mehr

Yeah, you can. However, it lasts for a time and can sometimes become very difficult.

For it is more or less prevalent in our genes that we do not like bitter things because we are bitterly poisonous and that is still anchored in us today. However, bitter substances are very important for our gastrointestinal tract.

Personally, I like bitterness from time to time and I love sharp. But the latter, too, is not so extreme that everything burns away from me, but just well seasoned with a slight sharpness. That’s exactly how I think it’s bitter. No problem, but if it gets too extreme, I can’t get it down.

It’s the question whether you should. A very easy bitterness, such as rose cabbage or rocket, which practically goes down in other flavors, is delicious. But often bitter taste actually indicates inefficiency. I remember the bitter taste of zucchini, which are then poisonous. Dairy spoiled by rotting agents (fits with too long open H milk) is also bitter.
