On June 5th of last year, I had my metal braces removed. I got a clear plastic brace for the night. I wore it often at first, but more and more often, and then not at all. Now it doesn't fit anymore or it hurts. Is it possible that my health insurance won't cover it anymore, or can I get better if I loosen it a little and wear it all the time?
