Salmon

I’ve read that we, the middle Europeans, eat about 4 kg of insects throughout our lives. Mostly inadvertent. But in Africa, the Kid’s grilled locusts eat like we’re fries.

Our stomach is brilliant. The gastric acid is so sharp that they dissolve our gastric ozones all the time. The body constantly produces new ones. What comes into this acid bath is dead, bacteria also fail.

We humans are built to feed almost everything. It doesn’t make us feel so fast. Our immune system is also on zack. This was one of the qualities that made us so successful.
