Yes, unfortunately, you can be terminated. Definitely in the trial period

Your employer will speak to you first tomorrow. Maybe he offers a solution. But if he should announce you, there will be no more training. What is this training? Did the boss know about your illness?

I sent you a message

I can only advise you to wait for the conversation. Be punctual and seized. If you are asked if you can think of the reason of the conversation, then be offensive and passionate

Then there is the possibility that the employer would like to have a conversation with you as it can continue. I can understand if you are restless

In the trial period, you can be cancelled without reason – if the disease is a problem, you will simply not give a reason. Depends on whether it’s problematic to work for you, or whether there are several flaws, etc.

Unfortunately, this is possible!

Unfortunately, I can only give you the advice to think that the boss can’t hurt you any worse than to announce you. i.e. even if it will be a challenge for you, there can be no world downfall.

In the trial period of a training you can be terminated without giving reasons, every day.

Not in the trial period.

Well, both parties are free to agree a notice period during the trial period if it is reasonable. But as I said, I have not yet seen a training contract that contained this clause. As I have already noticed, this should be the absolute exception.

This period of notice can be found in training places.

Certainly not. But if so, they would be ineffective.

The link to the corresponding chart in my previous comment does not work. But this one should be: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bbig_2005/_22.html

And, for example, I’ve never seen one in it. In my opinion, this is the absolute exception.

I’m gassing to mention what’s in the contract. I don’t know a contract where the two weeks aren’t in. This period of notice can be found in training places.

Read about BBiG Section 22 Paragraph 1: “While the trial period may be the subject of vocational training at any time without receiving a notice period to be announced”

It should be clear.

It’s timeless if you stole, for example. Otherwise it stays 14 days
