If you have a contract with the provider and then lock it up, it will come to you to have a debt collection office on your neck. It’ll be expensive.

So you have to cancel this contract first, and quickly. Debit authorization then also revoked immediately. It is best written by registered letter and in parallel by mail, or via its website.

If he unauthorizedly debits, you can have legal advice and if necessary reclaim the money.

Ask your bank. But if you are rightly debited here, it becomes extremely unpleasant and expensive for you.

You must terminate with the provider and revoke the consent to the direct debit. Please inform the Sparkasse.
