Can I stay thin even though I don't exercise much?
Hello everyone,
I'm staying at home a lot at the moment and not doing much exercise. And I'm eating a lot, mostly healthy food, but I still eat a few sweets in between. But my question is, will I get fat, regardless of whether I eat healthy food (although I do eat a lot)?
Hello, Lina!
Easy: No matter what you eat it is just about calories.
1 calorie intake = calorie consumption – weight remains the same.
2 calorie intake greater than calorie consumption – weight rises.
3 calorie intake less than calorie consumption – weight decreases.
And by the way, you can do something at home – through a workout like Zumba.
ACriminal.
BTrains the whole body.
CTake off fat.
DPower conditioning
Start with 15 – 20 minutes every 2nd day – increase if needed, 30 minutes would be super
The singer Shakira had great problems with her weight and condition after her son Milan was born in 2013. She got her handle relatively quickly with Zumba.
Good evening.
You can also increase from healthy food. You can also increase with a lot of movement. Everything ultimately depends on the calorie balance.
What you eat is actually more or less no matter. The most important thing is the calories. In the description, however, the number of calories burned will be rather small. Which in turn means you will probably increase weight. How much depends on the surplus.
