Can I tell the courier to send the package directly back to the shop?
Hey, I ordered something online and emailed the store a day later to say I wanted to cancel the order. They didn't reply until another day later and said, "It's already shipped."
Once the package arrives here, can I tell the postman to send it back? Or can I refuse to accept it or something like that? Because I don't see the point in paying for a return just because support didn't respond quickly enough.
You can refuse acceptance. Then the package goes back directly. Often you can do this in the DHL app. Then it won’t be done.
Why would he do that?
The acceptance and the shipping service provider are refused!
The package messenger isn’t!
I’m sure the package messenger won’t go through the country. But then I’m talking to that and not with the shipping service provider…
You refuse acceptance!
Just stupid if the package had a return ticket you would have to use.
But refuse acceptance always goes!
Of course:
In case of delivery say:
Acceptance denied back to sender….
