Can I uninstall games from Steam?
I'm having a problem with my computer's memory, and I need to delete some games (there are some I don't play that often anymore), but I don't know if I have to rebuy them if I uninstall them from Steam. (I'd hate to uninstall the games because of insufficient memory, and then have to rebuy them if I want to play them again, even though I already bought them.) So what exactly should I do now? Do I have to rebuy the games if I uninstall them? :/
No, the license is enabled on your account, you can just download the games again
You can uninstall the games easily. You stay in your Steam library and you can reinstall it at any time.
That you have to explain at all
It’s not everyone who’s as big as you.
Sorry, but not everyone knows everything. The answer has absolutely not helped me with my problem. If you have nothing helpful to say, just don’t say anything.
Not everyone knows everything and when you get in touch with the word “Uninstall” for the first time, you sometimes have doubts.
But sometimes you expect such a little human understanding. Anyone who buys n new PC must buy all its 300+ games new. Sure.
yes if you give me an order to program a new Windows I would have to googlen but this is basic knowledge
You need to click on the game in your library, the gear on the right and there on Uninstall. Of course you can reinstall them at any time without having to buy it new
Thank you.
you can uninstall the games. they will stay in your library and you can download the games purchased at any time for free.
You don’t have to. You buy the games and can then install them as often as you like.
You can uninstall and reinstall the games as often as you want, you only pay once.
If the game is free, you don’t pay anything.
You go to the promising game with a right-click in the page list and go to uninstall. And no of course you don’t have to buy them new.
