Überhaupt nicht. Ganz im Gegenteil: Habeck hat sich eher positiv darüber geäußert, will aber sicher gehen, dass der Produktionsstandort Deutschland nicht gefährdet ist.
Die Tatsache, dass dieser Deal geprüft wird, ist bei Übernahmen in dieser Größenordnung normal.
Habeck nicht aber möglicherweise das Außengirtschaftsgesetz (AWG) an das auch Habeck als Mitglied eines Verfassungsorgans gebunden ist.
Evtl wäre es möglich, wenn die Heizungen für die Leoparden herstellen.
Selbst dann wäre es äusserst bedenklich.
