Of course not.

Vitamin A is important for the care of the eye but better you do not do so. So you can’t lower your dioptric number if you eat carrots all week.

On the contrary, much too much Vitamin A causes overdose and can be harmful to health {Haut dyes orange, hair loss etc.} – because like any fat-soluble vitamin, it is not simply excreted when overdosed.

No. Why? You look too bad? Then I recommend a visit to the optician or ophthalmologist. They can measure and put glasses to your heart if necessary.

Vitamin A in carrots is good for eye health, but who does not see well has more complex problems than just vitamin deficiency.

Many kids are short-sighted nowadays because they spend too much time in front of monitors and don’t look enough in the distance – this is a risk factor as long as the eye still wails until about 25.

because they spend too much time in front of monitors

This is striking and a widespread opinion, but it is still scientifically proven.

No, vitamin A is actually good for the eyes, but you don’t see better. This is a myth that the British put into the world during World War II to hide that they could listen to the radio of the Germans.
