This can not only happen, but is even relatively probable when used frequently, because extasy as well as most other sprinkling drugs on the one hand inhibits appetite and hunger, and on the other hand massively increases the energy consumption of the body.

But the reason is not the MDMA, but because you eat less and get more (probably) than usual
