Can a court fine be offset by personal bankruptcy?

Assuming you have to pay €2 million, but then this doesn't happen, are the debts then paid off after a private insolvency?

No. debt from criminal offences against not insolvency

You’ll kill them.

Also from body injury, property damage etc.

No doubt. This case, however, is very constructed, because no normal to good earner receives a fine of over EUR 2 million. Even 6-digit is very rare.

There isn’t.

But zb, you’ve got Bock, hate Suvs, and light up the PremiumSuv from anyone.

200,000 €

You’re gonna keep them too.

Yeah, you can inherit debt.

You have the debts until you die and can live by the insurmountable money.

And yes, that’s just!

Of course, it’s getting galvanized.

You have to be able to repay more than interest.

It’s perfectly just that you’re done economically for your whole life.

Don’t you know the spell?

You don’t need to start working anymore?

Because children can already be arrested!

You don’t get 2 mio fine if you’re serving 3k nice.

Only if you earn millions.

If you receive a fine of 2 million euros, you will probably also have corresponding wealth and income
