Can a scooter be caught speeding?
I recently got a scooter, but since it goes hard at 45 anyway, I'm not worried, I'm just wondering what would happen then?
(First of all, I ride around there comfortably; if I want to go fast, I take the motorbike.)
So from the front it is known that you cannot be recognized with a helmet, and the license plate is not recognized either.
If I were to get caught by a rear-end speed camera, wouldn't the police have to ask my insurance company for my details?
Since 50cc vehicles are not registered with the vehicle registration office, no one else except the insurance company has the information that the scooter belongs to me.
The respective holders are also reported to the Federal Agency for Motor Vehicles.
if you don’t think of it – the police have accessed it too. Call is enough
well, now only the question was whether they do this and the insurance also answers.
When it comes to something dangerous, the police have all the right to request the data.
