If that’s a standard cable, that’s not a problem.

And yes, expanding the hard drive and connecting to another computer is usually not a problem (highest encryption, but it should also be detachable with your own device).

Go to a repair cafe or a computer-friend agreement and ask what they would ask you for:

  • Find out what you need to buy for an ext. mass store case (you must, of course, order and pay for yourself).
  • Conversion of the hard drive from the notebook into the housing you are worried about.

Both in half an hour.

Replacement of the cable is not so difficult now, but your other options are of course also possible.

Just expand the hard drive, so easy.

If you don’t give it to yourself, let’s give you an estimate, many companies really ask for “fantasy prices.”

They do this every day, I would simply expand the hard drive and connect with a USB adapter to a computer that costs by 15 €.
