Can the health insurance company revoke an enforcement order?
Hello guys, I have a problem. I was registered as a freelancer or self-employed person for several months.
Although I wasn't actually there, I only worked as a freelance promoter for 5 days.
but then I forgot to unsubscribe.
Since my boss filled out everything for me (freelance form) and I am only 19 years old, I unfortunately did not know much about it
Then I contacted my health insurance company and they said I had to write a letter and explain how it was
I did that and then they told me that they would send me a form where I would have to go through the family insurance, through my mother, since I'm only 19.
then I wouldn't have to pay anything.
I thought there was still time so I went on holiday
Then when I was back in Germany
I received a letter from the main customs office and plus that I am no longer insured
1000 euros
Now my question is, if I explain to them that I was on vacation, could they theoretically lift the enforcement? Or is the main customs office now solely responsible, and it's too late?
I'll get a call back on Tuesday, but I won't be able to sleep peacefully until then. I can't pay for it and I'm also having orthodontic treatment, so I'd have to cancel everything because I'm not insured at the moment.
I am grateful for every helpful answer 🙂
As long as you don’t have a title, you can stop it at any time, but they won’t.
What do you mean by title?
Could they, they just don’t have to.
Relatively simple – please let your parents take you back into family insurance retroactively. I.d.R. works.
You don’t know how to react to letters – doing bird-stretching policy is a “shot idea”.
OK I’ll thank you
Irrtum! You should’ve figured it out and done it right away.
had I not been talking about?
it would have been time
That was your question! Had a bike chain!
You seem to have an understanding problem.
if I thought to connect with a question then I’m sorry
