Verschiedene Schlafphasen?

Hey, ich wollte folgendes fragen. Ganz grundlegend beschrieben unterscheidet man ja zwischen dem REM und NREM Schlaf. Dafür gibt es ja einen Verlauf ->start mit NREM und dann REM, wobei die Intensität ab beziehungsweise zuniommt. Ich habe mir vor kurzem eine sehr teure smartwatch gekauft, die meinen Schlaf messen soll (da ich Schlafprobleme hatte ->Tagesmüdigkeit)….
